Refund, Cancellation & Returns Policy

Appointment-Based Services
Includes Notary Appointments, Fingerprinting, Remote Online Notarization (RON), Consultations, and Apostille Intake.

Cancellations 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund

Cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund

No-shows: No refund issued

If The Nōtari Group cancels: Full refund or free reschedule offered
Mobile Services

Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has started

If appointment is canceled after departure: Travel/mileage fee still applies

Service fees follow the standard cancellation policy above
Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Technology/platform fees are non-refundable once the session begins

If identity verification fails or client does not meet Missouri requirements: RON fees are non-refundable
Apostille & Authentication Services

Government, courier, and postage fees are non-refundable once submission begins

Cancellations before submission: Full refund of service fee only

Once documents are mailed or submitted: No refunds available
Business & Corporate Services

Consultations: Non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of scheduled time

On-Site Event or Team Notary Bookings:

$150 base (2-hour minimum) is non-refundable once booked

Cancellations 48+ hours in advance may receive a 50% refund

Corporate Retainer Packages: Non-refundable. Unused notarizations do not roll over or transfer.
Digital Products

All digital products are final sale.

No returns or refunds once the product is delivered.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
