At The Nōtari Group, LLC, we offer both digital and physical delivery options to meet your needs. While most of our products are available as digital downloads, we’re happy to provide printed copies of select products upon request, including journals, worksheets, and other educational materials.
Shipping Methods
We use standard, trackable shipping services such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the size of your order. Tracking information will be provided once your item has shipped.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Digital downloads incur no shipping fees unless you request a printed version.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. For special delivery requests outside the U.S., please contact us directly.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 business days of the delivery date. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
