The Nōtari Group LLC provides professional listing management and document preparation support for real estate agents, investors, and brokerages. We help ensure your listing file is accurate, compliant, and fully prepared from pre-listing through closing.

Pricing:
• Flat fee: $95 per listing
• Add-on services (optional): document corrections, extra signatures, or seller packet assembly

Requirements:
• Agents must supply brokerage-approved forms
• Valid photo ID required for any notarized documents (if applicable)
• Listing management services are by appointment and coordination only
