The Nōtari Group LLC provides professional Loan Signing Agent (LSA) services for real estate professionals, title companies, lenders, and individuals closing real estate transactions.

What’s Included:
• Certified handling of buyer, seller, and refinance loan packages
• Accurate notarization of all closing documents
• Guided signing process to ensure every document is completed correctly
• Document drop-off or secure courier return upon completion

Ideal For:
• Refinance, purchase, and seller closing packages
• HELOC and loan modification documents
• Title and escrow companies needing reliable notary partners

Pricing:
• Base Loan Signing Package: $150 — includes document printing, signing facilitation, notarization, and courier drop-off
• Additional Services (quoted as needed):
  – Extra travel beyond 25 miles: $25–$50
  – Scanbacks or email returns: $15–$25
  – Additional signers or witnesses: $25 each
  – Large packages (200+ pages): $10–$20
  – After-hours or rush appointments: $25–$50

The base fee is due at booking. Any add-on services are quoted and collected at the time of scheduling or service.
