• Customized updates, reminders, and progress reports throughout each transaction

Pricing:
• Base Coordination Package: $350 per transaction — includes full file oversight and communication
• Additional Services (quoted as needed):
  – Dual-side coordination
  – Rush files or last-minute closings
  – Document creation or compliance file prep

The base coordination fee is due at the start of each transaction. Add-on services will be quoted and collected as needed.
